My son got 98.78 percentile in jee mains. He isgetting ece in pec or microelectronic vlsi in nkkr which one is better

Ans: Choosing between ECE at PEC Chandigarh (NIRF 101-150) and Microelectronics & VLSI at NIT Kurukshetra (NIRF 81) hinges on career focus. PEC’s ECE offers a broad electronics foundation with 6-month internships, industry partnerships (DRDO, Meity), and advanced labs (VLSI, 5G). NIT Kurukshetra’s specialized Microelectronics & VLSI program provides niche training in semiconductor design, leveraging India’s Semiconductor Mission, with curriculum-aligned EDA tools and dedicated labs. PEC’s stronger institutional legacy suits core electronics roles, while NIT KKR’s specialization aligns with emerging semiconductor sectors. Prioritize PEC for versatility and industry links, or NIT KKR for cutting-edge VLSI skills in a focused track. All the BEST for your Son's Admission & Prosperous Future!

Is ggu(ggv) bilaspur is a good gfti for someone who want to opt CSE or IT branches
Ans: Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (GGU) Bilaspur presents a viable GFTI option for CSE and IT aspirants, though with mixed placement outcomes requiring careful consideration. As an officially recognized GFTI participating in JoSAA counselling, GGU Bilaspur offers government-funded technical education with affordable fees of approximately ?1.10 lakh for the complete B.Tech program. The institute demonstrates moderate placement performance with 70% placement rate for B.Tech students, though CSE specifically shows varied results with 70% overall placement but only 30% for core branches according to recent data. The university maintains NAAC A++ accreditation and ranks #54 in NIRF Pharmacy category 2024, indicating reasonable academic standards. Faculty quality is generally appreciated with most members holding PhDs from reputed institutions like IITs and NITs, though infrastructure facilities remain basic compared to premier institutes. Major recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, and other IT companies, providing opportunities primarily in software roles rather than core engineering positions. Recommendation: Choose GGU Bilaspur for affordable government-funded engineering education if seeking basic technical qualifications, but consider alternative options for superior placement prospects and industry exposure in CSE/IT domains. All the BEST for the Admission & a Prosperous Future!
