I have got 93.58 percentile in MHT-CET which college I can get at Pune for either CSE/AIML/AIDS/CLOUD COMPUTING/CYBER SECURITY

Ans: Shahu, With a 93.58 percentile in MHT-CET, you can target reputable Pune colleges offering Computer Science & related streams, each distinguished by accreditation, research-active faculty, modern labs, strong industry partnerships, and ≥70% placement consistency over three years. Consider:
MIT World Peace University (B.Tech CSE): NAAC A+, NIRF #101-150, AI-DS labs, MoUs with HCLTech/Xebia, 93–94 percentile cutoff, ~90% placements.
Symbiosis Institute of Technology (B.Tech CSE): NAAC A+, NBA, SET/JEE/MHTCET entry, AI/5G/ECE labs, industry projects, 87 percentile cutoff, 90%+ placements.
VIT Pune (B.Tech CSE, AI&DS): NAAC A, NIRF 150–200, AI/Cloud labs, 42.7 percentile cutoff, 3,160 offers with 803 recruiters, 90%+ placements.
MIT Academy of Eng. (B.Tech CSE): NBA-accredited, VLSI/DSP labs, GOPENS 63 percentile cutoff, 70% placements.
AISSMS COE (B.Tech AI&ML): NAAC A+, MHTCET AI&ML cutoff ~94.8 percentile, robotics/AI labs, 90% placements.
Sinhgad Academy of Eng. (B.Tech CSE): NAAC A, coding/IT labs, CSE cutoff 92.4 percentile, 75% placements.
Bharati Vidyapeeth COE Lavale (B.Tech CSE): NBA, AICTE-approved, CSE cutoff 92.5 percentile, industry internships, 80% placements.
DY Patil Pimpri (B.Tech CSE): NAAC A, power/IT labs, CSE cutoff 93.9 percentile, 68% overall, 93% CSE placements.
PCCOE (B.Tech CSE, AI&DS, Cloud, Cyber): NAAC A, cybersecurity/DS labs, CSE cutoff 95.3 percentile, 85% placements.
Cummins COE for Women (B.Tech CSE/IT): NAAC A+, women’s campus, CSE cutoff 99.2 percentile, modern IT labs, 90% placements. Recommendation: Prioritize MIT World Peace University and Symbiosis SIT for their balanced cutoffs, accredited curricula, AI-focused labs, and robust placement records; choose VIT Pune for established brand, Cloud/AI offerings, and high-volume placements; consider Sinhgad Academy and Bharati Vidyapeeth Lavale as strong CAP-round fits for core CSE and emerging specializations. All the BEST for the Admission & a Prosperous Future!

Is K R Manglam at sohna road Gurgaon is better option than SRM KTR for CSE program. We are from Delhi and cost at SRM is almost double. Both options are available..
Ans: K.R. Mangalam University, Gurgaon's CSE program achieves a 92% placement rate with over 700 recruiters participating, including top companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and Deloitte, while maintaining total fees of INR 9.20 lakh for CSE. The NAAC A-accredited university features modern infrastructure with smart classrooms, dedicated labs, Wi-Fi campus, secure hostels, and a 26-acre campus on Sohna Road, conveniently located 40 km from Delhi. Faculty includes PhD-qualified professors with industry experience, supported by research initiatives generating 3000+ publications and 200+ patents, plus strategic industry partnerships with IBM, EC-Council, and STPI. SRM Kattankulathur CSE demonstrates exceptional placement strength with 85-90% placement rates, over 980 recruiters including Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and IBM, but total costs reach INR 16-20 lakh including hostel expenses. The NAAC A++ accredited institution, ranked #13 in NIRF Engineering 2024, operates on a sprawling campus with specialized labs, diverse student culture, and vibrant campus life, though located 2,085 km from Delhi requiring significant travel.

Recommendation:
For Delhi-based families prioritizing cost-effectiveness, proximity, and solid placement outcomes, K.R. Mangalam University CSE offers superior value with 92% placement rates, established industry connections, modern facilities, and nearly half the total cost compared to SRM. Choose SRM Kattankulathur only if prestige, national brand recognition, and exposure to South Indian tech ecosystem outweigh the significantly higher expenses and distance from home. My son is studying in 12 in india and i am working in gulf . Can he get admission in ciwg qota
Ans: Yes. The CIWGC quota (5%) is designed to facilitate admissions for children of Indian workers employed in Gulf countries to various Indian institutions, primarily engineering colleges. Many NITs (National Institutes of Technology), IIITs (Indian Institutes of Information Technology), and other prominent engineering institutions participate in the DASA scheme and offer admissions through the CIWGC quota. Candidates under the CIWGC quota must be Indian citizens, and their parents must be working in Gulf countries, such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

Eligibility Criteria:
Citizenship: Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
Residential Requirement: Applicants should be children of parents working in Gulf countries.
Academic Qualification:
Candidates must have passed the Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination.
They must have studied Mathematics, Physics, and one of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Computer Science in their 11th and/or 12th grade.
A minimum of 60% aggregate marks (or 6.5 CGPA) in the qualifying examination is generally required.
JEE Main: Applicants need to have a valid JEE Main score.
Age: There is generally no specific age limit, but candidates must have passed the 12th grade.
Candidates need to provide documents like a copy of their parent's work permit (with validity), a certificate from the employer confirming their employment in a Gulf country, and other relevant documents as specified by the admitting institution. Also Candidates need to provide documents like their 10+2 mark sheet, JEE Main scorecard.
I think i have answered your query.

BEST WISHES.

Career
Sir is there too much placements in DY patil Akurdi...??
Ans: HI,
Placement details for DYPatil (STAT SAYS....) are available on their website up until 2022. Until that year, it was reported that a maximum of 77% of students were placed in the industry. This suggests that reaching 100% placement may be difficult; it could be that 25% of students are opting for higher education, but we don’t have definitive information on this.

In my opinion, placement outcomes largely depend on the individual. While institutions can provide support, your ability to secure a job ultimately relies on your qualifications and skills. Recruiters typically look for two key factors: eligibility and competency. It’s possible to meet eligibility requirements without being truly competent. To become a competent professional, you must develop both hard and soft skills. Therefore, it’s essential to prioritize skill acquisition during your studies.

If you are considering joining an institution, take the time to evaluate the facilities, faculty qualifications (especially in private colleges), and the curriculum offered at these universities. Gaining knowledge and practical training is crucial for success in your career, so try not to worry too much about placements.

Keep in mind that many students struggle with both soft and hard skills, which makes it challenging for them to secure positions in the industry. Remember: if you learn, then you will be able to earn. Kindly adopt this mindset to succeed in life.
ALL THE BEST.

NEET, Medical, Pharmacy Careers - Answered on Jul 01, 2025

Career
Respected Sir/Madam, My son has got 99.93 Percentile in PCB and is interested in doing PharmD.(doctorate of pharmacy) We are not getting enough feedback regarding this course . Please guide regarding it's comparative features and opportunity based on its curriculum. Thanks. Regards.
Ans: Hi Shreeyaa,
What happened with NEET? Has he not appeared for it? If he has taken the exam, I would recommend that he pursue a career in medicine (either allopathy or Indian medicine) or opt for B.N.Y.S, prior to considering Pharm D.

If he genuinely desires to pursue Pharm D, my suggestion is to complete B.Pharm first. The key advantages are as follows:

As a Pharm D graduate, he will have clinical knowledge alone but may lack extensive expertise. By entering through lateral entry (AFTER B.PHARM), he can gain industrial knowledge, including manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, and clinical experience, which can be beneficial during placements for B.Pharm and Pharm D graduates.

In a B.Pharm program, students study fundamental pharmaceutical science subjects over four years, while Pharm D typically lasts three years and may not cover the material as comprehensively. Therefore, starting with B.Pharm and then pursuing Pharm D later is advisable.

While studying, it is essential to interact with physicians and learn how to prepare clinical protocols, as this skill is often lacking in recent graduates. When seeking admissions, it’s beneficial to engage with faculty to understand how they collaborate with physicians. Additionally, inquire about student participation in hospital activities, specifically ward rounds, and opportunities to discuss clinical cases. It's also crucial to learn about clinical and academic mentorship to enhance employability in hospitals.
I think i have answered your query.
ALL THE BEST.
