Sir can you please advise If I should take iiit allahabad it or nit trichy ece.

Ans: Hello dear
Both are reputable institutes, making it difficult to choose one. Both are offering you ECE only, so there's no need to worry too much about the tag. Many students do not take admission to IITs, even though they are eligible; instead, they choose NIT for their preferred course. For you, it would be better to go with IIIT Allahabad.

Ans: You did not mention the score. Hence, unable to predict. You put the options of ECE. Hence, no choice left to suggest one of them.

Ans: I hope there is either a writing mistake on your part or a reading mistake on mine. In the very first question, the options were ECE for both institutions. When I responded, you stated that it's now IT @ IIIT and ECE @ NIT. Assuming you mentioned ECE for both, I replied regarding IIIT Allahabad. Now, you are saying that it's IT @ Allahabad and ECE @ NIT. Once again, you did not mention your interest. But let's forget what you asked and what I previously replied. Considering this as a fresh question, I suggest you prefer ECE @ NIT Trichy.

Sir, My son got 301 score in BITSAT, 97.7 Percentile in MHT CET, 4050 rank in TS EAPCET. Also he is getting IT at Manipal Udupi. He want CSE, Can you pl suggest best colleges for CSE in Maharashtra & Telangana? Also can you pl update possibility of getting CSE in BITs based on his score?

Ans: Hello Dhanraj
for BITS India campuses he should score above 330, it is a safe score for CSE. 2nd attempt is still there. He can improve.
Best colleges in Maharashtra for CSE are IIT-B/VNIT/COEP/PICT/VJTI/SPIT/DJ Sanghvi. I think MHTCET results are yet to be declared.

In Telangana IIIT-H/IIT-H/JNTU/CBIT are good.

Sir my son got 1449 jee mains and 5430 jee advace, does not have any specific choice for any branch. Pls suggest whether he should opt for cse in top niits or in iits like dhanbad, bhilai, jammu or any available lower branch in top 10 iits.

Ans: He can get electrical in Dhanbad & Bhubaneshwar. Also mech in many IITs. He can also get Data science in lower IITs like Bhilai & Dharwad.
If he is not branch-conscious and wish to pursue PG at later stage then I would suggest go with IITs. It will be brand that will be with him for lifetime.

If he is branch conscious the go with NITs

Mech closes at a much higher rank than aerospace at IIT-B.
But it completely depends upon your career interests and future goals since you are eligible for both.

I've 402 marks in NEET 2025 and 80 marks in IAT. Will i get bds or mbbs in any gmc under state quota of west bengal? And will i get any low tier IISER with my score? Or should i give a drop or try somewhere else?

Ans: You may get Behrampur or Bhopal if the cutoff lowers down and you have any category reservations.
Govt seat with 402 marks seems very tough in MBBS.

Sorry, but she won't get any seats through JOSAA or CSAB. You should go through state colleges or private universities.
