I scored 67.4 in cls 12 sci cbse and a very bad score in jee 47 percentile also my parents can't afford much fees of private university now I'm just left with one option Arka jain in jamshedpur is it okyy?

My son got 91758 in JEE main and got Seat in VIT Chennai in AIML , should I try to get in josaa councelling for better college

Ans: Ashish Sir, With a JEE Main rank of 91,758, your son is unlikely to secure top branches in NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs through JoSAA counselling; only lower-preference branches in lesser-known institutes may be available. In comparison, VIT Chennai’s AIML program offers a strong academic environment, excellent placement opportunities, and industry-oriented training. Unless you have a strong preference for a government institute or are open to non-core branches, retaining the VIT Chennai AIML seat is the better option for placements and future prospects. You may still participate in JoSAA counselling to keep all options open, but VIT Chennai is likely to remain the superior choice given your current rank and available opportunities. My son is getting electrical in MIT Bangalore and, he had strong chances to get computer in second round in MIT. He will akso get mechanical in NIT Hamirpur or Jalandhar. Please advise what branch he should prefer
